Thank you for your interest in becoming an explosive

marketer through the at home marketing position with our company. We are a nationally recognized

environmental training company who also provides membership benefits to those who qualify. Please

review our website to learn more about us at

This highly commissioned opportunity involves selling an EPA required course that affects ANY company

pre 1978 residence, apartment, condo, daycare, HUD assisted property, or school.

If a company disturbs a total of six square feet of surface in a room inside, or twenty square feet of surface

outside, and this company has not taken this certified EPA Lead Renovation Course, they can be fined

over $37,500, have criminal/felony counts placed against them, and spend up to 5 years in jail!

You will find a list of company’s types that will need this training. Just

an example of this is painters, drywallers, electricians, plumbers, property management companies,

remodelers, and the list goes on. However, one thing you will have to do is gather your own marketing

lists of the company names in the area you are going to market. These can be acquired thru Google,

Whitepages.com and other various newspaper sites that post contractors. We have found it to be more

successful if you gather this information in your area. Also remember to write down contractors you

may know to market to!

Also you will find example emails to send out to those that are interested in more

information regarding the new lead law. You can use these as a base to create your own email or send

them out. You will also find marketing attachments to send with the email. Lastly, there are examples

of marketing scripts to help you along which also will contain information for your own knowledge.

Remember these are examples; please customize them to your marketing skill! If you have any

questions, please feel free to email them to me or call.

There is a registration form attached that must be completed in full upon each sale. This form will then

need to be emailed to

client to our website to review information, you will be given a coupon code for them to enter into the

registration on the webstore. This will track the registration back to you so you are paid for your hard

work. The purchaser will also receive a FREE three month membership to our organization with the

purchase of the class. This can be used for your closing of the sale!

The cost of the class is $250 and for each successful sale of a seat in the class, you will receive $50

payable the following Friday of the week of the sale.

I will be emailing soon with the classes we are setting in your area and

calling to follow

Wishing you the best in sales,

If you’re working on homes, schools or day care centers built pre-1978, you now must be EPA Lead-Safe Certified.

The Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) rule is a federal regulatory program affecting anyone who disturbs painted surfaces where lead may be present.

• Submit an application to certify your firm for five years.

• A one-day class will certify your renovators for five years.

• Learn the required steps to contain the work area, minimize dust and thoroughly clean up every day.

WHO

• Any contractor, including renovators, electricians, HVAC specialists, plumbers, painters and maintenance staff, who disrupts more than six square feet of lead paint in pre-1978 homes, schools, day care centers and other places where children spend time.

WHY

1. Avoid risk of government fines and civil liability:

- Without certification and by not following approved practices, you and your company can face tens of thousands of dollars in fines and put yourself and your company at risk of potential lawsuits.

2. Protect your workers, yourself and your customers from a health risk:

- Dust from renovation, repairs and painting can contaminate an entire home and, if inhaled or ingested, can cause irreversible damage to children and adults.

3. Gain competitive advantage:

- Certification makes you stand out from others and positions you as a professional contractor consumers can trust. Using your company’s certification in your marketing materials may help attract business.

- Consumers will look for the certification before hiring contractors and may be more accepting of additional costs and time associated with doing the job safely.

- Upon certification of your firm, your company will be listed as a Lead-Safe Certified Contractor on the EPA website, giving your firm the potential for new customers.
